I recently purchased a light for my sitting room from maxlite. The light arrived and it was fitted on my sitting room. The light looked fab. Unfortunately I decided to try and clean it on the first day of having it and I accidentally let one of the glass rods slip out and break.
I contacted maxlite who even at the mouth of Christmas said that they would look after me and ensure a new glass rod was sent out to me.
Within days of contacting them, they had arranged to have one couriered to me.
They were a pleasure to deal with, and the follow up service was excellent. Would highly recommend Maxlite and will be purchasing my next light from them for sure.

TJ, Rory, Siobhan and all of the team at Maxlite are an absolute dream to work with. We bought our house in 2021 and we got our hall lights from them, bluetooth mirror (with a free beanie hat thrown in!) We have just purchased a new landing light and are in the process of purchasing new bedroom lights and bathroom lights. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is unbelievable, so quick to respond to queries and nothing is too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for all of your homeware needs!!
